Our founder grew up watching their grandmother prepare traditional recipes in a tiny kitchen. Those flavors, those techniques, and that passion for feeding people well became the foundation of everything we do.
In 2019, we opened our doors on Main Street with a simple mission: serve incredible food, made fresh, at prices everyone can afford. No pretense, no fancy frills — just wickedly good food that makes you smile.
